Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, follow these steps:
- 1. Log in to your account.
- 2. Navigate to your Profile section.
- 3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have full access to all premium features until that date.
2. Re-Subscription
After your current subscription period expires, you will be moved to the free tier. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time once the previous period has officially ended.
3. Refund Policy
As our Service provides immediate access to digital content (AI-generated readings and virtual items), we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused virtual currency ("Carrots").
- If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team.
- Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the administration and in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
